We at Ayurmeva at ship all orders via reputed courier partners who ensure to deliver the products with safety.
Shipping and delivery :
- Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane - All orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of placing the order. (P.S. - There might be slight delay in delivery due to covid19 restriction, strikes or any unforseen or uncontrollable situation)
- PAN India delivery - It may take upto 5-6 days.
Returns or Exchanges:
- Return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We do not accept returns on your personal likings namely, colour and taste.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is expired, wrong product is sent or damaged in transit.
- In case a wrong product(s) is delivered, we will pick up the wrong item(s) and deliver the right products.
- For return or exchange request, email us on support@ayurmeva.com or call/whatsapp us at 7900185548 along with product images.
- Once the return or exchange request is approved by our QC team, we will inform you and schedule pick up.
Refund :
- Once the returned products are approved by our product QC team, we will initiate full or partial refund as per the condition of the product.
- The amount will be refunded to the original source. If it was a COD order, we request you to share your bank account details for refund.
- Refund time is usually between 7 - 15 working days.
